There are only really two active ingredients in this complex, and they are both amino acids, but only one part of a good HGH supplement. They will not help you to gain inches in height, nor will they really help you to gain any of the generalized benefits of a good HGH supplement.

Growth-Flex V is a horrible product with no truly valid ingredients and it makes at least one false promise.
